Data Scientist

Aigility AI is seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of relevant experience, particularly with large language models (LLMs). You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to develop, deploy, and optimize AI models and workflows that power our platform.

KeyResponsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and optimize NLP models and algorithms.

- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific application requirements.

- Design and implement effective prompts for various tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training/finetuning.

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and Generative AI technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on NLP.

- Hands-on experience with large language models.

- Proficiency in Python.

- Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face).

- Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Good to Have Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Multi-Agent Framework.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
