Skillset Requirements
- Experience: 510 years in data science
- Programming: Minimum 5 years in Python
- Machine Learning/NLP: At least 4 years
- LLM & GenAI: Minimum 1.5 years with large language models and generative AI
- Database Management: At least 2 years with any database
- Cloud Deployment: 1+ years deploying ML models/Python apps on Azure or AWS
- LLMOps: Familiarity is a plus
Role And Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead development, deployment, and optimization of ML, NLP, and LLM/GenAI solutions
- Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain Python-based ML pipelines; manage associated databases
- Model Deployment: Deploy AI models on Azure/AWS, ensuring performance and scalability
- Mentorship: Stay updated on ML, NLP, and GenAI advancements; mentor team members
- Best Practices: Implement LLMOps best practices for efficient model lifecycle management
