- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field. Experience leading projects or teams is often required.
- Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
- Machine Learning: Deep knowledge of a wide range of ML techniques and their practical applications and limitations (e.g., clustering, neural networks).
- Statistics: Strong grasp of advanced statistical concepts and their real-world application.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including their analytics services.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
