Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead data science projects from initiation to production deployment, including stakeholder management and requirement alignment
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical and technical solutions
• Drive solution design decisions aligned with scalability, performance, and compliance standards
• Guide projects through approval processes (including MV) and ensure smooth productionalisation
• Mentor and supervise junior data scientists and engineers, providing technical leadership
• Apply advanced data science methodologies while avoiding common modeling pitfalls
• Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best coding practices
• Integrate machine learning models within enterprise compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Design and implement solutions using MLOps frameworks for model lifecycle management
• Build and maintain features aligned with CTS or similar governance frameworks
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and successful delivery of complete solutions
