Data Science

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initialization to production, including stakeholder management and aligning business requirements with technical goals
• Translate business problems into project requirements and make informed design decisions
• Guide projects through approval processes (such as MV) and ensure successful productionalisation
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing technical guidance and support
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of data science principles, methodologies, and common pitfalls
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts
• Integrate models within organizational compliance frameworks and understand regulatory requirements
• Apply advanced frameworks such as MLOps and CTS for model building and feature design
• Manage projects including planning, execution, and delivery of complete data science solutions
