We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment ofAgentic AI systemsautonomous, adaptive agents that reason, plan, learn, and act to solve complex enterprise challenges. This role will be pivotal in building Agentic AI offerings for Wipro's WEGA platform, leveraging frameworks like MCP, A2A protocols, and orchestration platforms such as LangGraph, Autogen, and Crew AI.

Responsibilities

1.Engage with domain and process SMEs to understand requirements

2.Experiment with available and evolving tools and frameworks for technology selection

3.Design and develop Agentic AI solutions leveraging orchestration frameworks, agentic development tools and communication protocols

4.Integrate Agentic AI solutions with enterprise app, data and cloud platforms based on requirements

5.Integrate with guardrails and observability tools and platforms for Responsible AI considerations

6.Test, deploy, operationalize and monitor Agentic AI solutions, working closely with stakeholders across teams

Skills and Experience

1.Minimum 4 years of experience in AI ML

2.Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative / Agentic AI

3.Overall 4 to 10 years of experience required

4.Experience with Generative / Agentic AI in production environment required

5.Experience in at least one Generative AI framework from Langchain, Llamaindex, Crew AI required

6.Experience in LLM model fine tuning, continuous pre training preferred
