Job Description
We are looking for a Data Science Manager to lead a team of data scientists and drive advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-impact solutions
- Define and execute the data science strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Develop and deploy machine learning models, statistical analyses, and predictive analytics solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to identify opportunities
- Drive end-to-end data science lifecycle (data collection, modeling, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Ensure model scalability, performance, and reliability in production environments
- Establish best practices for data governance, model validation, and documentation
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML and data science technologies

Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Proven experience in leading and scaling data science teams
- Strong expertise in Python/R, SQL, machine learning frameworks, and statistical modeling
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex data insights into business strategies
