About the Internship

Inficore Soft is seeking a curious and analytical Data Science Intern to work on data-driven problem-solving and advanced analytics projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning applications in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights

Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models to solve business problems

Build and evaluate predictive and descriptive models

Create data visualizations and reports for stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on live data projects

Document methodologies, models, and findings

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong understanding of Python and data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.)

Basic knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts

Familiarity with SQL and databases is a plus

Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
