What You'll Work On
You'll be embedded with the core AI & platform team, working on:
- Voice AI pipelines (ASR NLP Decisioning TTS)
- Data preparation, labeling strategies & feature engineering
- Training and fine-tuning ML / LLM / speech models
- Model evaluation, latency optimization & accuracy tuning
- Experimentation with multilingual & domain-specific datasets
- Supporting real-time AI orchestration and inference workflows
- Debugging production issues alongside senior engineers
This is systems-level AI, not toy projects.Who We're Looking For
- Final year students or recent graduates in:
- Data Science
- AI / ML
- Computer Science
- Applied Mathematics / Statistics
- Strong fundamentals in:
- Python
- ML concepts (supervised / unsupervised / deep learning)
- Data handling (Pandas, NumPy, SQL basics)
- Exposure to any of the following is a big plus:
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- NLP / Speech / Audio processing
- LLMs, fine-tuning, embeddings
- MLOps, inference optimization, APIs
- Curious, fast learner, not afraid of complex systems
