Job Title: Jr. Data Science Coach

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Analytics, Data Science and Machine Learning using Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI etc. to solve business problems
- Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT or Stats/Maths/Economics (other backgrounds can be considered if rest of the candidature is good)
- Ability to train on how to manage analytics project lifecycle, statistical concepts, coding, modeling and problem solving on the whole
- Should be good with Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Experience in teaching/training with EdTech firms will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Train learners on how to conduct data extraction, cleaning, modeling and insight generation to drive business results using various analytical tools and technologies.
- Provide guidance, training and problem solving assistance to learners for various Data Science projects
- Train learners on end-to-end problem solving journey through various statistical/coding tools and techniques
- Helps with grading, assessment, mock interviews, and work with the program managers and career services team closely to make the learners industry ready.
- Conducting interview preparation sessions to enable the learners crack the interview and support placement activities.
- Lead pilot projects hands-on to solve real-time data science problems for clients using various statistical and modeling techniques.
- Collaborate with Program Managers (Analytics) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased learner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Content team for product upgradation and content creation.
- 50% of the bandwidth will be spent on training learners. The remaining time will be spent on assisting with assessments and solving real-world business problems for clients (hands-on).
