SUPERVISOR/MANAGER & DEPARTMENT:
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design process and credit programs for existing to bank, new to bank segments
- Design pre-approved/pre-qualified process and programs for lending credit cards to debit cards/savings account customers
- Analyze loss provisioning data to carve out segments of credit cards portfolio profitability
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Masters in Statistics, Economics from a reputed organization
- Experience: 8+ Years to 10 Years
Must have Skills:
- Must have working knowledge of credit cards
- Good to have knowledge of building application score, behavior score, PD, LGD, loss forecasting models
- Communication skills to explain credit policies to the Bank
- Understanding of underwriting process for various customer segments (existing to bank, new to bank, salaried/delf-employed)
- Understanding of credit line assignments for credit cards
- Exposure to bureau data (e.g., attributes, reason codes), alternative data, and identity/behavioral signals.
- Understanding of credit risk capabilities in digital journeys
- Good understanding of loss provisioning and profitability drivers of Credit Cards portfolio
