Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI-driven analytics tools. The trainer will be responsible for teaching practical skills in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and AI tools, mentoring students through real-world projects, and preparing them for corporate roles and interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Delivery
- Deliver classroom and/or online training in:
- Advanced Excel & Automation
- SQL & Database Analytics
- Python for Data Analysis
- Power BI & Dashboard Development
- AI tools for analytics (ChatGPT, Copilot, automation)
- Explain concepts with real-world business use cases.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions and project-based learning.
Curriculum Execution
- Follow and enhance the provided course curriculum.
- Design assignments, case studies, and mini-projects.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
Student Mentorship
- Guide students in:
- Capstone projects
- Portfolio building (GitHub / dashboards)
- Resume & interview preparation
- Provide career guidance and performance feedback.
Project & Internship Support
- Supervise live projects and internship-style simulations.
- Review dashboards, SQL queries, and Python scripts.
- Ensure students achieve job-ready competency.
Content Development
- Update content as per industry trends (AI, Cloud, BI tools).
Technical Skills Required:
- Advanced Excel (formulas, Power Query, VBA/automation)
- SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Window Functions)
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
- Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards)
- Data Cleaning & ETL concepts
- Business Statistics & KPI frameworks
- AI tools for analytics & automation
Preferred Skills:
- Cloud databases (BigQuery, AWS Athena)
- Tableau (optional)
- GitHub & portfolio building
- Data storytelling & presentation skills
Experience Required:
- 2–5+ years of industry experience as:
- Data Analyst , Business Intelligence Analyst, Analytics Consultant
- 1+ year experience in training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in:
- Computer Science
- IT
- Statistics
- Business Analytics
