Standardized Title: Senior Data Scientist - AI & Advanced Analytics
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate scalable ML and deep-learning models (NLP, sequence models, classification, ranking) for production use in voice and conversational AI products.
- Build end-to-end data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to convert raw interaction data into robust model inputs using batch and streaming approaches.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to productionize models: containerization, CI/CD integration, model serving, and A/B testing.
- Implement monitoring, model-performance instrumentation, and drift-detection to ensure model reliability and measurable business impact.
- Lead experiments, run rigorous evaluation frameworks, and iterate on model architectures to optimise latency, accuracy, and inference costs.
- Mentor junior data scientists, define best-practice playbooks (code quality, reproducibility, model explainability), and contribute to technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

- Strong grounding in statistical methods, model evaluation, and experiment design.
