About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Researcher to support our business by identifying, validating, and enriching high-quality SaaS/product/startups company data. The ideal candidate should have strong internet research skills, accuracy, and the ability to work with large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct secondary research to identify target companies (SaaS/product/startups).
Gather and validate data from platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound, Cutshort, Instahyre, etc.
Maintain and update databases with accurate company and contact information.
Identify decision-makers (CXOs, Hiring Managers) and enrich lead data.
Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and accuracy.
Work closely with the Sales/BD team to provide high-intent prospect lists.
Track metrics such as industry, funding stage, employee size, tech stack, etc
Requirements
03 years of experience in research, lead generation, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and online research techniques.
Good Google Sheets Skills (filters, Pivot Tables Preferred).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work with targets.
Strong understanding of the SaaS/startup ecosystem.
Experience using tools like Apollo, ContactOut, Tracxn, Lusha, etc.
KPIs
Accuracy rate of data (95%)
Number of validated leads/research entries per week
Turnaround time for research requests
