Shift: Night for the first 6 months, then rotational as per the project requirement

Stipend: 10,000/- to 12,000/-

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or equivalent

Job Description:

1) Data Research for US/UK business houses through-

• Linkedin Research
• Google Map Research
• Web Research

2) Upload the searched data in MS Excel

3) Quality check of the uploaded data

4) Create social media promotional posts using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, or similar platforms for: i) Writing captions and hashtags, ii) Generating social media content ideas, iii) Creating or editing AI-generated images that maintain relevance and engage the targeted audience effectively

5) Assist in basic e-commerce backend tasks, including: i) Product listing ii) Product research iii) Maintaining accurate product data

6) Support simple email marketing tasks, such as drafting promotional or outreach emails

7) Candidates should be quick learners with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Job Role Description:

The Data Research & Digital Operations Associate will conduct online research on US/UK businesses, maintain accurate data in Excel, and perform quality checks. The role also involves creating social media content using AI tools, supporting basic e-commerce tasks such as product listing and research, and assisting with simple email marketing activities. The candidate must be a quick learner who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English Communication skills ( Verbal Efficiency)
• MS Office Knowledge - (MS Word and MS Excel Efficiency)
• Internet Savvy (Efficiency)
• Email (Efficiency)
• Good Knowledge of Social Media Tools (Preferred)
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Understanding of major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce(Preferred)
• Basic knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (Preferred)
• Social Media Marketing(Preferred)
• Knowledge of Email Marketing(Preferred)
