Role Description: The role involves research, creation, maintenance, and analysis of business databases with a focus on conferences and events. The position requires strong analytical ability, data accuracy, and ownership of database quality and standardization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and database profiling across different business segments.
- Build and manage databases related to conferences and exhibitions.
- Create and customize databases as per conference and event requirements.
- Perform post-event database analysis. Carry out data rationalization, quality checks, and database standardization.
- Update and maintain existing databases with accuracy. Source data from multiple platforms and channels.
- Maintain and manage master databases.
Required Skills And Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in data research or database management roles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Sound analytical and logical approach to data compilation. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Capability to work independently and handle work pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good listening skills and professional email communication.
- Prior exposure to managing conference or HR event databases is preferred.
- Experience in KPO environments is an added advantage.
