Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical List Builder / Data Research Analyst to support our marketing and sales teams. This role is responsible for building, validating, enriching, and analyzing high-quality prospect and account data based on technology usage, firmographics, and intent signals. You will leverage advanced tools, platforms, and research techniques to create actionable data that drives demand generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain targeted prospect and account lists based on technology stack, industry, geography, and company size.
- Research and identify companies using Salesforce, DevOps tools, CI/CD platforms, cloud technologies, and AI solutions.
- Analyze technographic, firmographic, and intent data to improve lead quality and relevance.
- Use advanced data tools to enrich contact details including roles, decision-makers, and buying committees.
- Ensure high data accuracy through validation, deduplication, and regular audits.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align lists with campaigns and outreach goals.
- Segment and score data for ABM, outbound, events, and digital campaigns.
- Continuously improve data quality processes using automation and AI-powered tools.

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Clearbit, or similar data platforms
- CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Marketing automation tools
- Spreadsheets and data analysis tools
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years of experience in list building, data research, or sales/marketing operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with B2B data and prospecting tools.
- Ability to research and understand enterprise technology stacks.
- Comfort working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience supporting outbound, ABM, or demand generation teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Salesforce, DevOps, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Exposure to AI-driven data enrichment or intent platforms.
- Understanding of B2B buyer personas and sales cycles.
- Ability to automate or optimize data workflows.
