We are seeking a Data Recovery Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in data recovery and will be responsible for diagnosing and recovering lost data from various storage devices. You will work closely with clients to ensure their data is recovered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform data recovery from various storage media including hard drives, SSDs, and RAID systems.
- Analyze and diagnose data loss scenarios to determine the best recovery strategy.
- Utilize specialized data recovery software and tools to retrieve lost data.
- Document recovery processes and outcomes accurately for reporting purposes.
- Provide customer support and guidance throughout the recovery process, ensuring clear communication.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data storage technologies and file systems.
- Proficiency in data recovery software tools such as Recuva, EaseUS Data Recovery, or similar.
- Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting methods for various storage devices.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
