Data Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data quality initiatives for the Data Engineering and Analytics and Business Intelligence teams, ensuring high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Data Desk team to identify and address data quality issues, leveraging insights from manual fixes to inform automation efforts.
• Work closely with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that enhance data quality and streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor data quality performance across various zones.
• Implement and optimize data quality processes and procedures, focusing on automation to reduce manual intervention.
• Engage with stakeholders across different zones to understand their data quality needs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data quality and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 7+ years in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role.
• Experience in leading data quality initiatives and implementing data quality frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, with proficiency in Informatica, Python, and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies is a plus.
