About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst with strong Capital Markets domain knowledge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in trade data, reference data validation, and strong analytical skills to ensure high data accuracy and integrity across financial systems.

  • Experience: 36 Years
  • Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, validate, and improve the quality of financial and trade data across systems
  • Analyze data issues related to trades, instruments, benchmarks, and corporate actions
  • Perform end-to-end trade lifecycle analysis (trade capture to settlement)
  • Identify data discrepancies and work with technology & business teams for resolution
  • Create data quality checks, reports, and dashboards using SQL
  • Support business users by translating requirements into data validation rules
  • Conduct root cause analysis for data breaks and process gaps
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and control frameworks

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle
  • Experience working with Benchmark / Index data
  • Good exposure to Corporate Actions (dividends, splits, mergers, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL (data querying, validation, reconciliation)
  • Experience in Business Analysis requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data quality tools or data governance frameworks
  • Exposure to financial data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
  • Knowledge of reporting or visualization tools
