Responsibilities
- Accurately extract, label, and clean data from English-language emails to maintain high data quality.
- Monitor and analyze merchant/vendor data trends to detect anomalies or patterns.
- Categorize email content and identify notable trends across different merchants.
- Investigate irregularities in data and maintain data consistency.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on data quality standards.
- Respond to analyst/client requests promptly while ensuring adherence to data security protocols.
Qualifications
- This is an entry-level position.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
