Delhivery is at the forefront of revolutionizing logistics and supply chain management in India. As we continue to grow and scale, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Managers to lead the development of our data services and AI products.
What you will do
Product Ownership
- Define and execute the roadmap of data-as-a-service (DaaS) capabilities, including data APIs, and other data centric solutions such as demand forecasting, route optimization, shipment ETA prediction, capacity planning, risk prediction, and network control tower automation.
- Translate operational challenges into data and model-driven opportunities working backwards from SLA failures or inefficiencies.
- Partner with data scientists to prioritize, scope, and validate models that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between engineering, operations and data consumers (analytics, AI, product teams).
- Work closely with Operations, Network Planning, Engineering, and Product teams to understand real-world constraints and ensure AI systems are grounded in operational reality.
- Translate analytical and business needs into clear data requirements and user stories.
- Evangelize the use of shared data assets, ensuring consistency and trust in all reporting and models.
Insight & Impact
- Define success metrics and track adoption of data solutions across teams.
- Build mechanisms for data observability and feedback loops to continually improve data accuracy and usability.
- Identify monetization opportunities for internal or external data products.
What You'll Bring
- 35 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in data platform, infrastructure, or AI/analytics products.
- 2+ years in AI-focused product management in B2B2C, B2B or B2C space
- Deep understanding of LLMs, AI Agentic Platform, Generative AI and Predictive AI models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to define clear KPIs and value measures for data initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, analytics, and compliance stakeholders.
- A high degree of independent drive.
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML data readiness, metadata management, or supply chain logistics domain knowledge
