Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Privacy Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring privacy policies in compliance with regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting privacy assessments, ensuring organizational adherence to global privacy standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage data privacy risks, and advising on cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information. Supporting internal audits and providing guidance on best practices for privacy compliance will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Privacy Regulations and Privacy Compliance standards
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Privacy Policies and Data Privacy frameworks
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in business contexts
• Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or similar are a plus
• Experience in IT, OT, or Cloud security environments is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
