Summary: A MicroStrategy Platform Support Admin Resource manages, maintains, and troubleshoots the MicroStrategy BI platform to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Key responsibilities include user and project management, system monitoring, performance tuning, security configuration, report scheduling, handling upgrades, and providing technical support to users and developers. Essential skills involve strong knowledge of the MicroStrategy platform, data warehousing concepts, scripting for automation, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Roles and Responsibilities: - Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, security roles, and configurations for access control. - Using tools like Platform Analytics and Enterprise Manager to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning solutions. - Diagnosing and resolving issues related to platform performance, report execution, and user access. - Using Command Manager and System Manager to automate routine administrative tasks. Technical Skills: Must Have- Strong understanding of the MicroStrategy platform, architecture, components (Intelligence Server, Web, Library), and tools. - Strong understanding of the MicroStrategy platform, architecture, components (Intelligence Server, Web, Library), and tools. - Experience with MicroStrategy tools like Enterprise Manager, Platform Analytics, Command Manager, and Integrity Manager. - Experience with MicroStrategy security configurations, user management, and implementing data security measures. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams and users Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - A 15-year full time education is required.
