Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Data or Business Analyst for Leading MNCs in India. The role involves conducting detailed business analysis, identifying business needs, defining requirements, and improving processes. You will analyze and interpret data, communicate insights to stakeholders, and support decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the analyst will contribute to advancing organizational goals through data-driven strategies and effective business processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including identifying and documenting business needs and improvement opportunities
• Effective Communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to develop efficient workflow strategies
• Experience in defining and analyzing Business Requirements to support organizational objectives
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and relevant software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
