As Content and Template management leadwithin ourCommon Capabilities COEteam, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job responsibilities

  • Liaise with Product owners, business users and other COE members to identify, assess and document business requirements related to Client Document related content and templates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Impediment Removal:Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder team progress. Support teams in achieving their goals and maintaining productivity.
  • Wealth Management Expertise:Leverage knowledge of the Wealth Management industry to guide product development and delivery. Understand client needs and market trends to drive product innovation.
  • Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring:Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance
  • Minimum 7+ years of banking/relevant industry experience.
  • Strong analytical mind, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Previous experience in any analytics/documentation related process.
  • Good understanding of Wealth management businesses and document/ template requirements of these business.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective Communication and presentation skills
