Role Description

This is a contractual-time on-site role for a Data Operations Manager, located in Mumbai. The Data Operations Manager will oversee and manage data operations, including data center operations, data flow optimization, and compliance with data standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and managing operational processes, ensuring efficient data management practices, and addressing data-related issues. The role also involves team management, coordinating resources, and ensuring that operational goals align with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Management, including data center operations and data organization practices.
  • Strong Operations Management skills, including workflow optimization and process monitoring.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data metrics and operational performance.
  • Team Management expertise, including resource coordination and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with data standards and implementing best practices.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies for data and process management is advantageous.
