About The Role
We're hiring a strategic and hands-on
Data Operations Lead to drive excellence across our data lifecyclefrom ingestion and enrichment to delivery and automation. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, champions data quality, and enjoys cross-functional collaboration to unlock business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team managing data collection, validation, enrichment, and delivery.
- Define and monitor data quality metrics; resolve discrepancies and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering to scale data pipelines and automate workflows.
- Align data operations with Product and Business goals to support strategic initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships for external data sources and enrichment platforms.
- Promote automation using SQL, Python, and BI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 712 years in data operations/analytics, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong grasp of data governance, ETL, and quality control frameworks.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms.
- Exposure to scripting and automation (Python preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional and global teams.
