About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Data Operations Lead to oversee and manage the data operations team responsible for data analysis, query development, and data-driven initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective management, organization, and delivery of high-quality data across projects while driving process efficiency, data accuracy, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Data Operations team focused on data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery.
- Define and monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering for data integration, automation, and scalability initiatives.
- Partner with Product and Business teams to ensure data alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships for external data sources and enrichment platforms.
- Promote automation using tools such as SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 712 years of experience in data operations, management, or analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control frameworks.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Exposure to automation and scripting (Python preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high data quality under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence environments.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
