A Single Platform for Loans | Securities | MSRs | Private Credit is Looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure
efficient data processing and management.
Maintain data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management to ensure
timely and accurate data availability.
Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing measures to detect and resolve data
issues while providing details on data quality
Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to understand data requirements
and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational
costs.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards, including data privacy
regulations.
Monitor data-related incidents and provide timely resolutions to minimize impact on
business operations, including resolution of third-party data issues with servicers,
originators and other data providers
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data operations and recommend
improvements to enhance our capabilities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data operations and data management for US residential loan
Data. 3-5 Years Of Experience Preferred.
In-depth knowledge of lending data, with experience in US residential mortgages
required.
Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management
Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, data
warehousing, and cloud data platforms.
Bachelor's degree in a business or data related field. Master's degree preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
with stakeholders at all levels.
