Summary:

As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs and technical requirements. This position requires continuous collaboration to ensure data models are accurate, efficient, and scalable, supporting both current operations and future growth. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation by facilitating clear communication and thorough analysis throughout the data modeling process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure data models meet organizational standards and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data modeling activities with project goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable data models.
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and data governance principles.
• Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues to maintain data integrity.

• This position is based at our Indore office.
