Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Data Migration Expert to lead a large-scale
migration from a cloud-based legacy CRM system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Key
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data migration pipelines using API-based extraction from the legacy CRM system.
- Develop robust ETL processes to handle large datasets with data quality, transformation, and integrity checks.
- Use Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or Azure Data Factory to orchestrate integration workflows.
- Implement batch processing, pagination, and retry logic for API calls to handle high-volume data extraction.
- Map and transform data from the legacy CRM schema to Dynamics 365 CE entities.
- Optimize bulk data import into Dynamics CRM using KingswaySoft, Data Import Wizard, or custom plugins.
- Monitor and troubleshoot migration jobs, ensuring performance, scalability, and error handling.
- Collaborate with CRM functional consultants to align data structures and business rules.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience with Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) data model and customization
- Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or Azure Data Factory
- Proficiency in REST APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, and pagination strategies
- Experience with KingswaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit or similar ETL tools
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service, and CRM SDK
- Familiarity with SQL Server, data warehousing, and data transformation techniques
- Experience with error handling, logging, and performance optimization in data migration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience migrating data from cloud-based CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Velocify
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure Integration Services
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control for integration scripts.
