About the Role
We are seeking a consultative-first technical leader with 78 years of experience who can combine strong product understanding with deep migration expertise. This role requires the ability to engage confidently with customers, translate business requirements into effective migration strategies, and drive end-to-end migration success aligned with customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the Chargebee product and articulate migration impact in clear, business-oriented language.
- Lead consultative customer conversations, clarifying objectives, setting expectations, and proactively identifying risks.
- Translate customer business workflows and desired outcomes into well-defined migration strategies and technical requirements.
- Own end-to-end migration delivery, including complex data transformations, validation, reconciliation, and live/delta migrations.
- Ensure migration outcomes align with customer success, revenue integrity, and long-term scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Implementation, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive aligned execution.
- Mentor and guide migration engineers and consultants, elevating both technical rigor and consultative capability across the team.
Required Qualifications
- 78 years of experience in data migration, SaaS implementations, or subscription billing systems.
- Strong understanding of subscription models, pricing constructs, and enterprise billing workflows.
- Proven experience handling complex enterprise migrations with hands-on technical involvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into business clarity.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in cross-functional environments.
