Job Description
Lead Data Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple data migration and mastering projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategies. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving innovation, standardization, and quality across data initiatives. You will also lead client engagements and coordinate with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect and lead large-scale data migration programs.
* Define data migration frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
* Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
* Lead solution design reviews and ensure technical excellence.
* Drive continuous improvement in data processes and tools.
* Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals and estimations.
Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in data migration and enterprise data solutions.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
* Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and security.
* People Management experience (At least 6+ People)
* Expertise in cloud data platforms and integration tools.
* Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
