Required Skills & Experience

1215 years of experience in data platform administration, engineering, or database management. Strong expertise in Azure Databricks administration and operational optimization. Deep experience with Azure SQL, SQL Server, and related database ecosystems. Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Snowflake, or similar technologies. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of networking, storage, identity, and security concepts in cloud environments. Experience with automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
