Job Description

Responsibilities

Integrate data from laboratory, field, and historical sources into ERM's EQuIS databases and other data systems.
Collaborate with project teams to plan sampling campaigns, manage deliverable schedules, and provide query/reporting support.
Develop reporting dashboards and data visualizations for a wide variety of environmental projects.
Coordinate with ERM and client-contracted laboratories to ensure data quality and reporting objectives are met.
Support ERM's Technical Communities in developing innovative data services and automated workflows.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, ERM colleagues, and subcontractors.
Perform and manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule expectations while ensuring quality standards.

Requirements

BS/BA degree in environmental science, data management, analytics, or a related fieldor equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in environmental data management with strong analytical and database skills.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in EarthSoft's EQuIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
Ability to analyze data for logic, consistency, and quality throughout all stages of a project.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to changing deadlines.
Comfortable working in a computer-based, desk-oriented environment.
