Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain data architectures and models for relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting data warehouses, data lakes, and analytical systems.
- Define and enforce data modeling standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data strategies and flows.
- Optimize data performance, security, and integrity across platforms.
- Lead data-related projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
Job Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data modeling and architecture using RDBMS, NoSQL, and ETL tools.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse and big data platforms.
- Proficiency in data modeling and metadata tools (e.g., Erwin, ER Studio).
- Knowledge of data governance, design standards, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
