Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR data within Oracle HCM, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Skilled at handling employee life cycle management in Oracle HCM, including hiring, terminations, and employee-level changes via bulk data uploads using HSDL as well as manual entry.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Perform regular data quality audits and implement data quality checks to uphold data standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and enhance data management processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective HR data management and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR data and its significance in organizational operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and HR data management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools
