Job Title: Data Management & Cold Calling Executive

Location: Ahmedabad ( on-site )

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports to: Sales & Business Development Manager

Clout Jeans is a fast-growing denim brand reshaping the Indian jeans industry with trend-driven designs, premium fits, and commercial accessibility. As we scale through D2C, marketplaces, and retail distribution, were looking for a Data Management & Cold Calling Executive to strengthen our outreach, manage business databases, and build connections with potential partners and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Management
  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate databases of retailers, distributors, and marketplace contacts.
  • Ensure CRM / Excel sheets / databases are regularly updated with correct information.
  • Segment leads into categories (potential clients, follow-ups, closed, etc.) for effective tracking.
  • Generate reports and insights on lead conversion, outreach performance, and database growth.
Cold Calling & Outreach
  • Conduct cold calls to potential retail partners, distributors, and B2B clients.
  • Introduce Clout Jeans, explain product offerings, and generate interest in business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Sales/Business Development team.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong brand representation during all calls.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maximize conversions.
Coordination
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on outreach strategy.
  • Share feedback from clients and prospects for product and service improvements.
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks, catalog sharing, and information flow for interested clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 23 years of experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or data management.
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi, regional languages a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
  • Confidence in speaking on calls and handling objections.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
