Data Management and Business Methods Engineer

Job Description:

Required skills and experience:
. Requirements Management: Skilled in gathering and managing stakeholder
requirements for Data Product / Data Set .
. Data Management Engineering: Experience in structuring, managing, and maintaining
complex data systems for multi-disciplinary teams.
. Data Management: Database / Ontology development. Skilled in Management of Data
catalogs will be a plus.
. Agile Experience: Comfortable working in Agile teams, iterating on data and system
models.
. Connect with Digital Teams on the implementation roadmap for the Data Product.
. Knowledge of languages like Python is an asset. Strong OOPs understanding.
. Communication Skills: Clear communicator, able to convey complex technical
concepts to diverse audiences.
. Adaptability: Quick learner, able to apply new skills in dynamic environments.

Allied Activities:
. Initiate studies and propose innovative solutions.
. Create collaboration topics to improve the process, methods and tools.

SOFT SKILLS:
. Ability to work independently and in a team in a transnational environment.

EDUCATION:
B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.E. in Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace/Electrical
