Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform validation, reconciliation, and audit of employee data; implement data governance practices.
- Manage onboarding and employee transactions within HRIS.
- Coordinate with global HR, finance, and technology teams on employee data and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain SOPs; identify process improvement areas.
- Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or data management.
- Proficient in SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HCM systems.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, virtually, and in a team environment.
