Position Description:
Act as both a lead and a higher-level Consultant on assigned tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners to understand the specific Enterprise master data needs and be able to translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution.
- Expert knowledge in SAP system sizing, DMS Cloud, SAP Data Archiving and SAP BASIS.
- Define and maintain data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles specifically for SAP environments.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, technical consultants, and business analysts to ensure data models align with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend adoption to enhance data architecture maturity.
- Define data lineage strategy, data archiving, decommissioning strategy to manage historical data and reduce TCO.
- Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse and data lake architecture patterns.
- Solid knowledge of data governance frameworks and Mastre Data Management principles, particularly within SAP landscapes.
- Implementation experience in hybrid landscapes.
- Excellent understanding of data migration concepts, and strategies.
- Experience in data migration using SAP, and non-SAP solutions.
- Experience in conducting design thinking workshops.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP).
- Experience with SAP Activate, as well as Agile, Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in agile environments and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to implementation in Hyperscaler Cloud landscape such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Knowledge of non-SAP data integration and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.)
Education
- Required Bachelor's or Master's university degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP certification(s) in data architecture, HANA modeling, or related domains.
- Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL are nice to have.
