- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for various business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver tailored insights.
- Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting communication style as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation using data-driven approaches.
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar insights-driven role.
- Experience in developing business insights and presenting to senior stakeholders is highly desirable.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with data tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) preferred.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
