We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in Python, SQL, data analytics, and machine learning. Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Modeling

  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Build predictive ML models (regression, classification, clustering) using Python & Scikit‑learn.
  • Apply statistical techniques and control charts for performance monitoring and anomaly detection.

Machine Learning & Automation

  • Develop ML solutions tailored to business needs, including preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Write Python scripts to automate data transformation workflows (e.g., JSON → CSV/Excel).

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Design and publish dashboards using Tableau (Power BI added advantage).
  • Build charts, parameters, filters, and interactive components for stakeholder consumption.
  • Present insights visually using Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly.

Data Management

  • Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Use SQL extensively for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Communicate findings clearly to business and technical teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of analytics models and dashboards.

What will help you succeed in this role

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Data Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit‑learn).
  • Expertise in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Hands‑on experience with Tableau dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of ML techniques, statistical methods, and EDA.
  • Experience with JSON, Excel, CSV data formats.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of NLP and Deep Learning (beginner-intermediate).
  • Exposure to AWS Cloud.
  • Familiarity with SSIS, Git/GitHub, and BI solution design.
