Key responsibilities on Data Governance Program Manager position:
- Perform program management activities for Data Governance initiative.
- Identify date resources and build inventory of Data Elements.
- Closely cooperate with respective stakeholders to identify data processing rules, requirements.
- Contribute and coordinate creation of digitalization framework for Data Governance program.
- Support cooperation between teams involved in Data Governance program.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve Nokia's data management processes and practices.
- Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area.
- Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.
- Contributes to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organizational unit.
- Often leads projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
- Coordinate work of teams involved in implementation of Data Governance program.
- Continuous monitoring of Data Governance program implementation progression.
- Coordinate change management processes for Data Governance program according to agreed quality KPIs.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- IT oriented bachelor's degree
- 5 years experience on project manager or program manager position.
- Good understanding of Telco market and telecommunication data processing environment
- Minimum 3 years experience with Data Governance projects
- Good understanding of common security, privacy and compliance requirements related with protection of data sets.
