We are seeking a GenAI & Conversational AI Engineer with strong business understanding and hands-on experience in building AI-driven chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate will have 67 months of GenAI experience, strong data skills, and the ability to develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) that demonstrate the value of Generative AI in real business scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Natural Language Chatbots using modern LLMs and NLP frameworks.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Build and demonstrate Proofs of Concept (POCs) using Generative AI models.
- Develop robust data pipelines, perform data modeling, and integrate AI solutions with SQL, Oracle, and Azure data systems.
- Evaluate model performance and optimize prompts, workflows, and architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data, Cloud, and Product functions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI, LLM APIs, vector databases, and conversational AI tools.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to security and compliance standards for AI applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 67 months of hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, etc.)
- Experience developing Natural Language Chatbots (Dialogflow, Rasa, LangChain, Bot Framework, LLM-based systems, etc.)
- Strong database experience:
- SQL
- Oracle
- Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse)
- Expertise in Data Modelling and structuring datasets for AI/analytics use cases.
- Ability to design and deliver POCs quickly and effectively.
- Programming experience in Python, including AI libraries (optional but preferred).
Soft Skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand domain-specific challenges.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
- Azure AI Studio or OpenAI API experience.
- Exposure to cloud-native ML workflows.
