- Compensation: Potential to earn up to USD 2,500 per month at higher hour ranges, depending on project volume, quality, and task complexity. Actual earnings will vary based on hours worked.
What You Will Be Doing
- Contribute to training and refining cuttingedge AI systems by working on textbased data tasks.
- Adopt a user mindset to write natural, realistic prompts and scenarios for AI development.
- Develop simple rubrics and checklists to structure how different user needs should be evaluated.
- Evaluate AIgenerated outputs by ranking, reviewing, and critiquing reasoning and problemsolving responses.
- Work across multiple projects based on your skills and domain interests (e.g., general knowledge, business, tech, education).
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (or currently enrolled) in any writingintensive or analytical field (e.g., arts, commerce, engineering, law, social sciences).
- Writing Skills: Clear, concise English writing, with the ability to explain your reasoning and evaluate responses in detail.
- Analytical & ProblemSolving: Comfortable crafting complex prompts and assessing nuanced AI responses for correctness, depth, and logic.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy, consistency, and structured feedback.
- Work Style: Reliable, selfdirected, and able to meet deadlines while working independently in a remote setup.
Work & Engagement Details
- Freelance/independent contractor engagement (not an employment contract).
- 1540 hours per week typically available, depending on project needs and your performance.
- 100% remote from anywhere in India, with flexible scheduling around agreed timelines.
