Key Responsibilities

Enter, verify, and maintain data in company systems with high accuracy.

Perform copy-paste tasks and ensure proper formatting of information.

Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.

Organize and maintain electronic records for easy accessibility.

Ensure all company information is handled securely and confidentially.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.

Strong typing speed with accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
