Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Entry Specialist at Naviworld Marine LLP. The role is based in Goregaon West, Mumbai. Freshers can also apply & training will be provided. The Data Entry Specialist/Executive will be responsible for accurately entering data into various systems, Emailing, invoicing, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing customer service support. Daily tasks will include compiling and verifying data, preparing and sorting documents for data entry, reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, managing and updating databases, and responding to information requests from authorized members.

Salary

5k - 15k INR based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills in English language.
• Proficiency in Typing and excellent Computer Literacy skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage (freshers can apply)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certificates are a plus
