Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in enriching our platform by accurately adding and maintaining restaurant menus, opening hours, and other relevant information. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the user experience for both businesses and consumers, and you will have the opportunity to support local businesses and celebrate diverse culinary offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our restaurant partners to gather accurate and up-to-date menu items, descriptions, pricing, and opening hours.
• Enter and update restaurant data on our platform with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Verify the accuracy of information to ensure that menus and data are displayed correctly on our platform.
• Monitor and review any changes or updates to restaurant details, promptly making necessary adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant owners or managers to address any discrepancies or missing information.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure the seamless integration of new restaurant data into the Club Feast platform.
• Contribute to improving data entry processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with great communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience in Data Entry
• Proficient in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with restaurant partners and internal teams.
• Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Prior experience in data entry or similar roles is a plus.
• Passion for supporting local businesses and a diverse culinary landscape is highly desirable.
